Juni raises 206 MUSD debt and equity Series B

The Gothenburg-based fintech company Juni raises 106 MUSD in a Series B financing round led by Mubadala Capital, and with participation from previous investors Cherry Ventures, Felix Capital, EQT Ventures and Partners of DST Global. In addition to new equity, Juni raises 100 MUSD in venture debt financing from US-based TriplePoint Capital.

Juni was founded in 2020 by Samir El-Sabini and Anders Orsedal and offers clients a financial management platform made for ecommerce businesses, including physical and virtual cards, credit, accounting, analytics and digital advertising platform integration.
