Bonnier Capital divests its stake in Lavendla

As part of refining our strategy and streamlining our portfolio, we reached an agreement with the other shareholders in January for Lavendla to repurchase all of Bonnier Capital’s shares in the company through a share buyback.

Bonnier Capital has been Lavendla’s third-largest shareholder for the past eight years, and we are grateful for the constructive partnership with both the company and our fellow shareholders. During our ownership period, we have seen Lavendla develop exceptionally well.
