Bonnier Capital portfolio company HIFI acquired by Block
Bonnier Capital’s portfolio company HIFI has been acquired by Block, Inc. (formerly Square, Inc.), the NYSE-listed tech company led by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and the parent company of music streaming service TIDAL. Founded by CEO Damian Manning, HIFI is a financial rights organization for the music industry, building technologies and services designed to financially empower members while promoting a community advocating for artist-centric innovation and transparency.
